Does my business need a mobile app?
For most small businesses the answer is no. Apps pay off where there is a loyalty or points scheme, customers who return again and again, or a courier or field team. Nobody opens the App Store to download an app for a neighbourhood hairdresser.
What can replace an app?
A web app added to the phone's home screen is often the better answer. No store fees, no review process, updates go live instantly. The customer opens the site, adds it to the home screen and uses it like an app.
How does store submission work?
I handle publishing to the Apple App Store and Google Play. Apple's yearly developer membership and Google's one-off registration fee are fixed costs. On Google's side the review and testing stage can take two to four weeks; I say so up front so the plan accounts for it.
Does an app need ongoing updates?
Yes, and it is not optional. iOS and Android introduce new requirements every year, and an app that is not updated eventually gets removed from the store. That is why a yearly maintenance agreement is mandatory for app projects.

Does my business actually need a mobile app?
Most small businesses do not. An app pays off when there is a loyalty scheme, customers who order repeatedly, or a field team. As of September 2026 the mobile app service is not active yet; it will be added later.
Will there be extra costs later?
Domain and hosting are included for the first year — you pay nothing on top. From the second year there is an update and maintenance fee; the exact amount is stated clearly during our call and is known from the outset. Nothing we did not discuss is added to the price later. New pages or features you ask for in the following months are covered by that maintenance.
Can we work together if I am not in Burdur?
Yes — I work with clients in Burdur, Isparta, Antalya and the neighbouring provinces. The cities are close to each other and I can come in person when it helps. Most of the work runs over phone, WhatsApp or whichever meeting tool you prefer, and files are shared online. We start with a call and meet face to face afterwards if needed.
