The maintenance package is optional; your site keeps running without it. For mobile apps, however, updates are mandatory — stores eventually remove apps that are not maintained.

Questions people ask
The questions that come up most often. If something is missing, write to me and I will add it.
How long does it take to build a website?
A brochure site typically goes live in about one week. You see the first draft within a few days, tell me what to change, and we refine it together. The real pace-setter is how quickly your texts and photos are ready. If you need it sooner, we agree on the delivery date up front and plan around it.
Can I update the website myself afterwards?
Yes, from your own admin panel. You do not need to ask me every time you want to change a text, a price or a photo. At handover I walk you through the panel step by step. If you get stuck you can still call me — there is no extra charge for that. The panel needs no technical knowledge.
Who owns the domain name?
The domain is registered in your name — you are the owner. If you decide to work with someone else later, both the site and the domain stay with you and you need nobody's permission. Many business owners get caught out here: the developer registers the domain to themselves and the site is effectively held hostage.
Will the site look right on a phone?
Yes. I design for the phone first and then widen it out to desktop. Most of your visitors will arrive on a small screen, so that is the priority. Text is readable without zooming and buttons are large enough to tap comfortably. Before handover I check the site at several phone sizes, and images are compressed so pages open fast — slow sites lose both customers and rankings.
How long until I rank at the top of Google?
For a new site results usually start to settle within one to three months. The site alone is not enough, though: we also need to open your free Google Business Profile. The map box that appears above the search results is fed from there, and most local customers come through that box. The two work together.
Will there be extra costs later?
Domain and hosting are included for the first year — you pay nothing on top. From the second year there is an update and maintenance fee; the exact amount is stated clearly during our call and is known from the outset. Nothing we did not discuss is added to the price later. New pages or features you ask for in the following months are covered by that maintenance.
Can we work together if I am not in Burdur?
Yes — I work with clients in Burdur, Isparta, Antalya and the neighbouring provinces. The cities are close to each other and I can come in person when it helps. Most of the work runs over phone, WhatsApp or whichever meeting tool you prefer, and files are shared online. We start with a call and meet face to face afterwards if needed.
Does my business actually need a mobile app?
Most small businesses do not. An app pays off when there is a loyalty scheme, customers who order repeatedly, or a field team. Nobody downloads an app for a neighbourhood hairdresser, so it becomes a wasted investment. I recommend the package that fits your situation. As of September 2026 the mobile app service is not active yet; it will be added later.
What should I check before buying a website?
Ask four things up front: is the domain registered in your name, does the site stay yours after handover, what do you pay in the second year, and who handles updates. On my side the domain is registered in your name, the site is entirely yours, and the yearly cost from year two is 5,000 TL.
